Skai Lama was Zura Venturesā first attempt at building a profitable Micro-SaaS business while being bootstrapped and weāve achieved this goal in the last 3 years. Weāre a 30 member team, growing profitably. Not just cash flow positive, or EBITDA positive, we believe that business exists to drive Net Profits and thatās what we do. And yes, we pay Income Tax to the Government. š

Yeah yeah, every company out there writes about values and culture that are great to hear, but are rarely practiced internally.
Not us. Here are some of our core values to give you a sense of who we are as a team:

- We are building a calm company. A company that focuses on profitability and long term growth, while taking care of everyone who contributes to that goal. We do things calmly and not burn capital and people to do meaningless experiments in the name of growth.

- We are a default trust team. We donāt micro-manage and believe that when given clarity about their roles and work, people do amazing things!
