🤩 Who are we?

We're a Shopify App Studio, having built 7 apps (more on the way!), serving 7,500+ stores worldwide. Our customers love us, but many don’t know how we can help them even more. Your job? Change that.

We're a bootstrapped, profitable team of 30, growing fast! This is peak season for e-commerce, and most of our customers are in the US, Europe, and Australia (which means working odd hours).

📌 What will you do?

1. Spot expansion opportunities among our existing high-value customers and start meaningful conversations.
2. Book and shadow calls where we guide customers to leverage our suite of apps to enhance their store performance.
3. Proactively engage with customers already interacting with us and surface ways to add more value to their business.
4. Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and insights to improve our outreach strategy.
