We’re a Shopify App Studio, having built 7 apps (with more on the way!), serving 10,000+ stores globally. Our apps help merchants grow revenue — but many customers don’t fully unlock their potential.
We’re a bootstrapped, profitable team of ~30, growing fast. Most of our customers are in the US, Europe, and Australia, which means you’ll often work overlapping with global time zones.
This is our first dedicated Customer Success hire, so you’ll play a key role in shaping how we work with customers.
📌 What will you do?
- Own customer accounts post-onboarding and ensure they achieve real business outcomes and ROI.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly check-ins to understand customer goals, gather feedback, and prevent churn.
- Analyze product usage to spot at-risk accounts and intervene before customers churn.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our flagship apps (Kite, Fly Bundles, Checkout Wiz).
- Book and run expansion / cross-sell calls.
- Manage relationships with high-value customers, including regular check-ins and business reviews.
- Build and document our Customer Success playbook — you’ll help define what “great CS” looks like.
- Work closely with the Onboarding team to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience who:
✅ Has worked in Customer Success, Account Management, or Inside Sales.

✅ Can communicate clearly and confidently in English (written + verbal).
